I'm an experienced local Realtor Serving Bay Ho, Bay Park and surrounding areas.  I live here and can offer valuable insight for anyone wanting to buy or sell property.  This community is built up into the sloping hills on the East side of Mission Bay and offers numerous views.  There are a number of Canyon edge properties as well.

What I really appreciate about this area is the central location, minutes from beaches, bays, attractions, downtown, harbor, etc. We even boast a city golf course designed by Sam Snead, and miles of canyon hiking trails!  A new Trolley line and stop will soon be opening in the community (fall 2020), making it simple to travel from the Mexico Border north all the way to UCSD and UTC, and as far East as Santee.  We are really looking forward to this exciting new opportunity.  A new boardwalk 'local downtown' area proposal is already in the planning stages.  All these attributes mean there are great investment opportunities here!
