Serving all of San Diego County.  This is such a beautiful place to live.  I've been a resident for 45 years and have lived in several different communities.  What I really love about San Diego is that it offers just about everything you could want in terms of climates, activities, culture, recreation, education, and business opportunities.  Our unique combination of hills and valleys create a variety of micro-climates.  There is almost always someplace in town with cool fresh ocean breezes or warm, dry balmy weather.  Some of my clients consider this feature 1st when selecting a home-site.  San Diego County also boasts a wide variety of world class Colleges and Universities.  It is the Principal Home Port to the US Navy Pacific Fleet, and also hosts Marine Corps base Pendleton and Air Station Miramar.  Community styles vary from laid back beach bungalows, open space country living, suburbs, to the newer urban and uber-hip hangouts.  Public transportation is constantly improving.  It's one of the few places you can catch a tan on the beach while gazing at the snow covered mountains inland.  There are a number of inland lakes and reservoirs appearing much like hidden jewels nestled in the granitic foothills.  Most offer seasonal fishing, boating, and hiking.  I won't even attempt to mention the endless variety of attractions, let it be said tourism is a substantial portion of our local economy.   I would love to help you find the perfect home in one of our beautiful communities.
